By using our Gregarius Bib Shorts as the basis, the Gregarius Pro Nibali Shark Bib Shorts offer a construction that uses a pre-shaped cut with minimal seams and strategically placed panels to support the muscles throughout the pedal stroke. Made from 100% recycled fabrics, the Bib’s laser cut ensures a slim fit while removing unwanted seams. The ergonomic fit with strategically placed panels provides proper muscle support.

For the saddle and the chamois interface, we are using a proprietary pattern to improve the saddle/chamois intersection. Our innovative pattern eliminates the central seam which typically causes pressure and discomfort while on the saddle. The construction improves durability and thermoregulation thanks to the conductive properties of the materials. The new pattern replicates the contact surface of the saddle and is made with a molded fabric that adapts naturally to the different typology of saddles. To increase comfort in the pelvic zone, an anti-stress cut allows more freedom of movement and no pressure points.

The Q LAB Air Chamois has been developed in-house and uses our proprietary adaptive chamois technology designed to suit every rider’s needs no matter what saddle or position is used. The chamois construction employs different stitching that allows it to be integrated in the pattern of the bib shorts. This effectively reduces friction and material overlap. The design is the result of ten years of experimentation and testing.

The leg band has been finished with a proprietary material and cut to eliminate hotspots and pressure on the leg thanks to the cut at the bottom of the leg panels that keeps the shorts in place. The lightweight, breathable and secure braces keep the bibs in place without causing any feeling of hindrance. A lumbar support panel at the small of the back has been made using high density woven stretch fabric augmented with silver thread. The result is improved stability and alignment through the pedal stroke.

Made from a proprietary mesh knitted fabric, the Q36.5 Gregarius Clima Nibali Olympic Jersey for Men creates an almost imperceptible 3D structure across the torso to improve ventilation as well as moisture transfer. Lightweight and soft on the skin, the honeycomb material used for the back panels encourages a push-pull effect to prevent moisture build-up while moving the sweat to the outer layer of the fabric where it can evaporate quickly. The stitching allows two separate layers to move independently to adapt to a rider’s position, creating the perfect saddle position, no matter the physical attributes of a rider. Our C-Interface shaping in the saddle area removes the center seam to ensure maximum freedom of movement, breathability, and comfort. High-tech Dyneema material guarantees an ideal interface between saddle and bib with long term durability.

Lumbar Support System

Made from a proprietary high density woven fabric, this panel provides additional compression to create a zone of support for the lumbar and gluteal musculature. The improved stability results in increased power output.
