Technical Features
Developed to offer unobtrusive 4-season protection from wind and light rain, the Q36.5 Air Jacket is made from a lightweight, high-density stretch woven material that insulates and breathes in equal measure.
Extremely compact and low volume, the Air Jacket easily packs away in a jersey rear pocket so that you can carry it on all rides that might turn cool and damp. The high-density material ensures no wind will penetrate even descending from a high mountain pass, while still allowing your body to breathe and ventilate. The material has received a durable water repellent treatment to help it protect against light rain showers and mountain mists.
The ergonomic fit and minimal use of seams make the jacket extremely aero-efficient while also offering maximum freedom of movement thanks to the pre-shaped construction and 4-way stretch of the material. The specially designed cuffs ensure no wind or moisture can chill you by blowing up the sleeve.
Reflective inserts on the back have been included to keep you visible in low lighting situations or when going through tunnels. The cam-lock zip also has a reflective element. Weighing just 90 g, the Q36.5 Air Jacket has a barely-there feel to it with a powerful level of protection in changeable conditions.

This is a jacket that is suitable in both rain and during descents. When folded this is a compact package that fits in a pocket. There is a bit of stretch in the fabric/shell which makes it comfortable to wear. There are sufficient reflective patches on the jacket to stay visible.

Tatsächlich bin ich enttäuscht.
Die Jacke wurde als superleichte und klein verpackbares AirShell gekauft.
Auf der Website ist sie mit 90 g (Gr. M) angegeben. Nachgewogen: 118 g (ohne Etiketten).
30% Abweichung vom Soll ist nicht das, was ich von Q36.5 erwarte. Folglich trägt sie mehr auf und ist weniger kompakt als vermutet.
Sie ist immer noch haptisch top, trägt sich sehr gut, aber es ist eine signifikante Abweichung, was nicht der Anspruch von Q36.5 sein sollte.

As with everything I own from Q36.5 the fit if amazing and the material is incredible. I'm almost 5'7" and 134 lbs (169cm and 60.9 kg) and the XS is an excellent fit. The jacket packs up very small and quietly keeps the wind out. The collar shape on this jacket really hugs your neck and keeps cold air from blowing into the jacket. I absolutely recommend this jacket.

I like the fit overall, though with wider shoulders I had to size up to get it right. The material does feel a bit plastic-y, but I think that may come with the territory for a lightweight air jacket like this. Does what it's supposed to do.

Perfekt für Abfahrten, Größenangabe im Shop passt absolut. Leicht, gut einzustecken. Macht Freude. Ich besitze auch die Air Vest, selbstverständlich. Top wie gewohnt!!!!!
