Q36.5 Pro Cycling Giro Team Roster

The 2025 Giro d’Italia represents the first Grand Tour in Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team’s history and it is an enormous honour for us, Q36.5, that this special milestone should occur at our “home” race, on Italian roads, where we develop and manufacture each and every one of our products. On the eve of the race we sat down with the 8 riders from Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team who will race the Giro and asked them their thoughts about this special occasion.

Damien Howson

“Each and every Grand Tour is special. It’s an adventure over three weeks and you get to share those memories with your teammates and staff. To be part of this first Grand Tour outing with Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team is a privilege. I look forward to bring the experience I have from the Grand Tours I have raced in the past to this team.”

Mark Donovan

“I am really excited. The atmosphere in the team is great. I have been with Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team since the start and have seen it grow. It’s special to be in the position we are now and do the biggest races of the world. With this Giro d’Italia it means I have taken the start in all three Grand Tours. This race has so much heritage. I love racing in Italy. We have a good group and it will be a nice three weeks.”

“This is my first Giro d’Italia and I am excited. Racing in Italy is always special, and I’ve got a lot of great memories from racing there. It’s a fantastic opportunity for us as a team and we have a responsibility to show we are worthy of that opportunity. I believe the whole team is going with a mission to show ourselves as Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team. For me personally I come with high ambitions and with the form I’ve carried from the Ardennes I know the legs will be there. Of course, there are many opportunities, but we are going to plan well and pick our moments.”

It’s a childhood dream coming true because this is the race I followed the most when I was younger. It’s a race that has opened her arms to a lot of Basque riders before, so a really special one for me. Being part of the first Grand Tour for this team is an incredible thing. I have seen firsthand the steps we are taking and the great work we are doing together. This invitation is the result.

“This is my second Grand Tour. It’s a special experience being on the road for more than three weeks but I am more than happy to do it with this team. Racing in Italy is next level. The Italian tifosi are always so passionate, especially when you have a national champion’s jersey on your shoulders. I am extra proud I can show the Latvian jersey in one of the biggest races on the roads of Albania and Italy and look forward to making new memories as a team. We have many opportunities for good results with Tom and I can’t wait to help Matteo get his first Giro stage win.”

Gregarius Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team Vest

Specifically developed for the Official Research Scientists of Q36.5 Pro Cycling, the Gregarius Hybrid vest is an intensely versatile piece of equipment. At the heart of the vest’s performance is a proprietary high-density knitted fabric that achieves a windproofness equivalent to fabrics with membranes whilst maintaining a high level of breathability and efficient wicking. This means that, for example, the vest is able to continue to actively wick moisture away from your jersey during a descent whilst offering cosy wind protection. The inherent intelligence of our proprietary fabric is augmented by a new body-mapped pattern based on wind-tunnel analysis of the flow of cool around the body.
