    Product Returns

    How to return a product that you ordered from the Q36.5 online store

    If you want to return a product ordered from our online store www.q36-5.com in order to exchange it for another size/product/colour, no problem, you can ship it back to our company within 30 days from the date of its delivery by following some simple instructions.

    • Login in to your Q36.5 account page and view the order containing the product that you would like to return
    • Create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking on the button named need to return this product next to the product you desire to return us;
    • You will receive an email containing the RMA and the link to download the Return of product form
    • Please fill in the RMA you received with the same email and fill out all required details
    • Package the product to return us together with all its original tags/labels and the printed and filled out return form

    Please make sure to, in order to avoid customs fees, mark your package with the following note: “used garments, Warranty repair, value of contents is € 30.00″.
    Write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the box/envelope/label and send it to the following address:

    The shipping-back of the exchanged/substituted product will be managed upon the receipt of the returned merchandise to our company.
    We don’t charge shipping fees for sending back the exchanged product to you.

    Important

    The product shall be unused including its original tags/labels.
    Please do not remove any tags or labels from the product.
    Original clothing bags should also be retained.

    Send your package using a traceable shipping method, so that we can track it if there are any problems.
    Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for its delivery.

    Substitutions

    To ensure availability, please specify the desired size/item in the comments field.
    Return the product in packaging that will offer adequate protection.
    Make sure not to use strong perfumes or deodorants when trying on an item that you may return.
