Technical Features
The Q36.5 Rain Shell Jacket is constructed from a 3-layer proprietary material with a high density woven outer layer to prevent wind and moisture from penetrating, while the interior layer’s hydrophobic polyamide membrane ensures a high level of breathability.
To avoid water trickling or wind penetrating down the neck, we’ve employed our hermetic collar which uses a dual material construction to ensure an airtight seal against the neck when fully zipped. The softness of the internal collar will sit snugly against the skin or a high-collared jersey, while the outer layer uses the same waterproof material as the rest of the vest to keep moisture at bay.
At the bottom and back of the Rain Shell Jacket, a dual level elastic construction helps keep the vest snug against the body without causing an unwanted feeling of constriction. The upper level of elastic keeps the vest tight against the waist while the lower level near the bottom of the vest uses grippy elastic to hold it in place. This double level solution ensures no water or wind can make its way up the rider’s backside. The water repellent zipper works with the material to prevent unwanted moisture leaking into the vest's interior.
The reflective logo and rear inserts enhance your visibility on the road. Weighing only 120 g, the Rain Shell Jacket is easily packable for bike rides with uncertain weather conditions. It is also breathable enough to prevent moisture build-up on the interior if you wear it on a ride from start to finish.

Material top, leider nicht ganz größengerecht. Unisex brauche ich xxs, gibt es leider nicht mehr. Sonst Kaufempfehlung. Sehr positiv: Eingriff zu Rückentaschen ins Trikot möglich, Armbündchen schließen top.

I have used the rain shell jacket for work commute for about 4 weeks in the rainiest city in Europe (google it), and am very happy with the performance. It keeps rain out, but also does a very good job of not keeping moisture in, which is a major improvement compared to using gore tex hiking jackets or other rain jackets, which I have previously. The sleeves are firm on the underarm, but slide on/off without trouble. The neck area feels less tight than expected, but doesn't let rain through. The fit is perfect for cycling. It is also very lightweight and packable.

Passform perfekt. Die Ärmellänge genau richtig und vor allem auch am Ende dicht, sodass kein Wasser und keine kalte Luft eindringt. Durch die Öffnungen am Rücken kommt man sehr gut an die Trikottaschen heran, ohne dass Wasser eindringt. Bei längeren Abfahrten im Gebirge hält die Jacke bei kühlen Temperaturen auch gut warm. Die beste Regenjacke, die ich bislang gekauft habe.

The best rain jacket ever! Rode from Frankfurt to Vienna with this jacket. When it rained everyone else was putting on and taking off their rain jackets as the rain was intermittent. But safely ensconced in my Q36.5 jacket, I was warm without over heating and dry with absolutely no moisture inside the jacket. The cuffs are tight, the neckline goes up to the. chin, there is no chance you will get wet. I wear a small jersey but got the jacket in a medium because it has to go over the jersey and this was the right choice. It is the last rain jacket you will ever buy.

Habe die Jacke beim Ötztaler getragen. Passform, wasserabweisend, Wärme und Funktionalität perfekt. Lässt sich auch gut sehr klein falten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!!!

Perfect fit, very comfortable, nearly 100% waterproof. Due to heavy wind the outer zipper cover do not cover properly and that is were water is entering.

Another Q36.5 product that delivers excellent performance. Caught in a heavy shower on 1st ride in 16c weather. Waterproof-ness is excellent, fit is great and breathability also pretty good
