It is impossibly warm for something so light. It was 15 degrees (60F) so I thought I’d need a baselayer. Fifteen minutes after I started my ride it had warmed up slightly (1-2 degrees C) and I had to return home to take the baselayer off. By the time I finished my fide it was sunny and 20/21 degrees and the jersey was still quite comfortable. The point is that it is a very versatile jersey for days where you start and it’s a bit chilly but warms up several degrees during a ride.
