You must register and create an account to be able to order from Q36.5’s online store.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log-in section. Enter your e-mail address and we’ll send you an e-mail telling you what you need to do.
Secure Payment Processing
Your data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled. Your card details are not retained or visible to employees of Q36.5 or Q&E srl.
Payment Types
Q36.5 accepts the following payment cards: VISA, MASTER, Paypal or payment in advance on our bankaccount.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email to confirm successful payment.
If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please email us to: supportcenter@q36-5.com.
Amending or Cancelling an Order
If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact our support center by email: supportcenter@q36-5.com mentioning the relevant order number in the subject heading. Please note that once an order has been placed and checked out, you will be unable to cancel or amend it.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
The currency conversion is based on the current exchange rate of the day and based on your nation.
EU customers
For customers who choose a country that belongs to EU as a destination address of, VAT is already included in the price.
Non-EU customers
For customers who choose a country outside EU as a destination address, prices will be exempt from VAT. Local VAT and any customs duties will be borne by the recipient and will be required by the consignor at delivery of the goods.
Out of Stock Product and Pre-Orders
We apologize but it is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new products.
