The Gregarius Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team Vest offers the ultimate in performance for riders in the pro peloton by using intelligent, proprietary materials combined with a body-mapped cut. The wind protection and insulation from cold temperatures ensures riders can continue to perform even when the conditions deteriorate.
The chest and shoulders employ a special high density knitted material that effectively prevents wind penetration without resorting to non-breathable synthetic membranes. The result is the material breathes, allowing excess heat to escape while protecting from cold winds. To enhance the vest’s breathability and thermoregulating properties, the center of the back uses a mesh fabric that prevents the torso from overheating while also wicking sweat away to allow it to evaporate quickly.
The raw cut of the hem and arm holes aids in keeping the vest sitting flat against the body, while simultaneously reducing material bulk to facilitate its packability. The 3 mm zipper uses a cam-lock at the top to ensure it stays locked in place when completely closed in the face of freezing headwinds. The smooth function of the zipper allows for micro-adjustability when winds calm down and you start heating up.
Two mesh pockets in the rear make it possible to pack away essentials where they can easily be reached on those occasions you want to wear this vest from start to finish of a ride. But since the vest pockets are mesh and very low profile, the vest can still be folded up and stashed in a jersey back pocket.
