Technical Features
The Q36.5 Gregarius Essential Cycling Bib Shorts are the everyday essential bib shorts for rides of all lengths and intensities. They are designed using a minimum of seams and panels to reduce pressure points and the potential for unwanted friction. The result is a 3-season pair of bibs that you can wear for long distance and high intensity training.
Made using 100% recycled yarns, which not only include recycled polyamide but also recycled elastane, the Gregarius Essential Bib Shorts provide a comfort-oriented fit that supports the muscles without feeling constrictive. The raw cut of the leg hems adds to the level of comfort by keeping the leg cuff in place without resorting to using silicone. The method eliminates hot spots and pressure points on the thigh. The straps have been made light and breathable while still offering exceptional support.
For the saddle and the chamois interface, we use our proprietary pattern to improve the saddle/chamois intersection which eliminates the central seam which typically causes pressure and discomfort while on the saddle. The pattern replicates the contact surface of the saddle and is made with a molded fabric that adapts naturally to the different typology of saddles. To increase comfort in the pelvic zone, an anti-stress cut allows more freedom of movement and no pressure points.
The chamois uses a new three-dimensional Super Molded construction that better follows the anatomy of the human body and offers improved comfort during the ride. The foam padding has been calibrated according to the scheme of variable densities and thicknesses in the perineal, ischiatic, genital and gluteal zones resulting in an extremely sophisticated tuning of its overall comfort. The chamois uses a unique molding technique that produces smooth variations in the thickness of the padding, markedly improving the contact with the rider’s skin.

Après une petite sortie tonique et une longue en km et en dénivelé, ce cuissard est vraiment bluffant, surprenant. A voir dans la durée, mais j'imagine que c'est très bien également. Pour ma part : Parfait.

I have for a long time been looking for a alternative and replacement to my Assos T.Cento-bibs, with the Y-seam, extra space and higher padding in front - the only way to make bib shorts for men in my opinion - central seam shorts are unisex at best… The only problem with the assos was that the chamois gave me sores over time. The Gregarius shorts has been the solution for me - similar quality and features as Assos, perfect length and fit (182cm/73kg - size Medium). The only thing that makes me hold back a star is that the chamois is a bit stiff, like, sideways, like a thick piece of cardboard. It’s not uncomfortable, but feels a bit odd. Have gotten used to it though..
