By using our extensive knowledge in body mapping, the Women’s Half Shorts have a pre-shaped ergonomic cut designed to prevent the shorts from cutting into your tummy, but still will stay absolutely in place without slipping down. And since these shorts do not require bib suspenders, taking a nature break is much less complicated than with bib shorts. We can do this thanks to the lumbar support panel made from high density stretch woven fabric augmented with silver thread that actively improves stability and body alignment during the pedal stroke. In addition, a new proprietary knitted fabric with a 44-gauge (44 stitches per cm2) density construction. The material supports the muscles well while still only weighing 200 grams. It also provides protection from UV rays and the heat of the sun, so you will feel up to 1.5° C cooler when wearing these Shorts compared to conventional women’s cycling shorts. For the chamois of these cycling shorts, we use the Elastic Interface® women’s specific Fusion Lady chamois. It provides excellent comfort thanks to the support provided for the pelvic bones which are rotated forward while pedaling. The padding has been positioned to offer the necessary cushioning for the areas under the most pressure when on the saddle.
