Responsibility

Q&E srl. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising from the ale of goods and services offered on the site www.Q36-5.com, nor to delay and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of goods with the specifications published on the site, or for any other reason not directly attributable to Q&E srl.

Technical Information

Q36-5 reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the offer of products on the website www.Q36-5.com at any time without pre advice.

Product Availability

Since the access and the ability to submit orders online changes in real time the availability of the products included on the site www.Q36-5.com, Q&E srl. does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

Risk and Property

Q36.5 is responsible for shipping from the moment in which the package leaves our warehouse to the moment in which it is signed for on delivery. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and corresponding in quantitative and qualitative sense to the description in the accompanying document.
In case of discrepancies, the same should be reported and confirmed within one day via fax or registered mail or email at supportcenter@q36-5.com.
Regardless of whether the packaging is intact or not upon delivery, the contents must be verified within seven days of receipt. Any not immediately discernible defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail or email sent to Q&E srl immediately upon discovery of the defect. Every report received after the above deadlines will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility of what has been declared.

The inclusion of false, altered and/or invented data in any registration form (personal data, addresses, phone numbers, mailboxes, etc..) is prohibited. Q&E srl. reserves the right to prosecute any kind of violation or abuse in their own interest. Q&E srl. is not responsible in any way for the fraudulent and illegal use of its site and services, and any type of payment from third parties.

Warning to consumers on the right of withdrawal

Sales of goods via the Internet are governed by the law D. Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 governing the matter of distance contracts, that is done outside of business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenditure incurred. This right is reserved exclusively to individuals (consumers) and cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes attributable to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary to send, within 10 working days from receipt of goods, a communication which will state his intention to withdraw from the contract. The only cost to be paid to is that of re-shipment of product. The right to cancel the contract is unenforceable if the product is not returned intact, ie: without its original, non-integral elements (accessories, instruction manuals, etc..), or if the product is damaged for reasons other than transport.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

If you’ve made a purchase at our site and you want to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow these simple steps: Send to Q&E srl. within 10 working days of receipt of goods, a letter with acknowledgment of receipt containing a statement expressing the right to want to cancel the purchase.
 This communication should be anticipated via e-mail or by telephone by calling SKYPE at: q36.5supportcenter, within one business day of sending the letter. Upon receiving your email or phone call anticipating the letter Q&E srl will send you your RMA (Return merchandising authorization) to the email address associated with your account.
Send your package using a traceable shipping method, so that we can track it if there are any problems the product must be carefully packed in original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals. If the product delivered has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in case of damage or loss during transport, Q&E srl. reserves the right to charge any damages withheld sums to be reimbursed.

Q&E srl will, by bank transfer or PayPal, refund the cost of the goods shipped and the initial shipping charges within 14 days of the shipment of goods received from you, but not before receipt of goods.

Rules and Jurisdiction

For buyers having a VAT number and purchasing with invoice, the rules are governed by the Civil Code. Although not highlighted in the pages of the site www.Q36-5.com on legal regulation, they refer to the laws and rules in force. Place of court remains Bolzano, Province of Bolzano, in Italy.
Q&E srl. is still at your full disposal for any information and/or clarification. The data, characteristics and pictures can change without notice. The brand and names listed on the site www.Q36-5.com belong to Q&E srl.

VAT and custom charges

EU customers

For customers who choose a country that belongs to EU as a destination address of, VAT is already included in the price.

Non-EU customers

For customers who choose a country outside EU as a destination address, prices will be exempt from VAT. Local VAT and any customs duties will be borne by the recipient and will be required by the consignor at delivery of the goods.
