    How to return a product that you ordered from the Q36.5 online store

    If you want to return a product ordered from our online store www.q36-5.com, no problem, you can ship it back within 30 days from the date of its delivery by following some simple instructions.

    • Fill out the following form
    • You will receive an email containing the RMA Number, Return Form and Instructions
    • Please print the Return Form and include it in the Package
    • The returned products must be not used, in the original packaging and with all the original tags/labels
    • We do not accept returns without a RMA Number
